I fixed two pruners and they have been working great. I was so glad to find the parts I needed and get the long reach pruners back into service. I have been using the pruners for a few months now with no problem with the replacement part. The replacement parts were delivered in a timely manner to Corona, California. I would purchase from this company again.

It is now the 9th day since product was ordered. I am unable to track shipment since it was sent USPS, the worst of carriers we experience. Highly suggest you offer tracking if sent by the USPS; or, preferably send by UPS or FedEx.

The older ARS long handled clipper is far superior to the newer one. The parts are not as strong as the original one which we’ve had for at least 30 years! Very disappointing!

The item arrived quicker than expected. I used it in two different brands of long arm pruners. It installed easily and works great. I am so glad to have found this company for this part. They had the best price for this part.
